A pencil eyeliner is a must have in every makeup bag, and it's really hard to find one which is both long lasting and pigmented at the same time.
Last month I was introduced to the Pupa Multiplay Triple-Purpose Eye Pencil: an eye pencil which has 3 different uses: a pencil, kohl liner, and as an eyeshadow/ eyeshadow base.
But first things first. This pencil liner costs Euro 6.89 and comes in a staggering 16 different shades.
It has 2 ends: on one side there is the pencil, on the other a smudger.
You get 1.2 grm (mine is 0.8grm because it is a sample sized one).
This eyeliner is so soft and goes on like butter: it is almost like a gel eyeliner but in a pencil form! Which makes this a really nice pencil to use on the waterline because there's no need to tug on one's eye for the pencil to show up.
Since it is really soft take care when you sharpen it (or else keep it in the fridge if it's really warm outside).
Moreover, you can also use an angled brush to pick up the colour from the pencil and use that to achieve a thin winged eyeliner.
To use as an eyeshadow base you do need to act fast to smudge it out because once it's set - it is hard to get off. Which makes it really long-lasting (and waterproof too! yey!! (around 8-10 hours!!)
Excellent purchase, definite recommend.
