I'm always wary of trying new mascaras, especially cheap ones, because most of the time they're never as good as they promise to be.
That is why I always end up using two different types of mascaras together (that is - until I started using my trusty L'Oreal Telescopic mascara - you can check out that review here)
Well, last week I finally managed to buy the Catrice Glamour Doll Volume Mascara after reading loads and loads of positive reviews about it.
I must say that I think it performs really well (and it cost me only Euro 4.50)

The mascara comes in a standard plastic tube (I quite like the shape tbh).
It has a tapered, silicone wand which I find to be excellent since with the thinner side I can reach in to the corner lashes and bottom lashes without making a mess.
It also earns extra points because it is easily removed with makeup or baby wipes (I use Pampers baby wipes to remove all of my makeup).

This mascara seems pretty good. I've been using Essence I <3 Extreme mascara, and I must say, it gives me headaches when I have to take it off. So I might be trying out new products. Who knows, maybe even this Catrice mascara :)
ReplyDeleteI never ever use waterproof mascara because I hate trying to take it off (and ending up not only taking off the mascara but also a couple of eyelashes too). You should try this, it's really good (if I say so myself ^.^ ) and it does last all day (and all night too!)
