Tony Moly Petite Bunny Gloss Bar in 'Juicy Cherry' [Review]

Dear readers,

Today I am bringing you another extremely cute lip product by Korean brand Tony Moly: the Petite Bunny Gloss Bar.

Mine is in 'Juicy Cherry' but there are 9 different colours and flavours in total. I got mine for $5.99 including shipping from this seller here.

All the different shades have different coloured bunnies on them [to me they look more like bears than bunnies, but anyways], and all of them have a different facial expression according to the shade. Mine looks rather pissed off ha ha.

The gloss bar is retractable - using the twist up mechanism at the bottom of the stick.

The one that I have has a sweet cherry flavour and is a cherry/deep pink colour. The product applies really sheer but is also buildable: since it is rather sheer it gives a really natural tint to the lips. It also glides on the lips really easily without the need to use pressure.

This also feels a lot like lip balm - so it is excellent for those people who want the softness of a lipbalm and the colour of a lipstick in one product.

Since this feels and applies like a balm, this must be re-applied every 2 hours or so.

Would you buy this?

Love,

Lorraine
xoxo

  1. Packaging looks cute, gloss not so very special, but nice. I think I'd rather grab a MUA lipstick to take with me in my bag ;-)

    1. yeah - it's not really a gloss though (don't know why they are called glossy bars to be honest. But I use lipbalm daily so this is ideal for me. I don't really use lipstick to go to university ;)

  4. Why is Korean make up so cute? And why isn't all make up that cute? I would definitely use this, I love this type of product, like I love the Burt's Bees with colour, perfect for applying all day and keeping in your handbag, don'y even need a mirror as they aren't very pigmented.
